Processing & Dispatch Timeline:

Order Processing: All orders are safely processed only after order confirmation and successful payment verification through our secure gateway (Razorpay).
Dispatch Timeline: Your order will be safely packaged and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order placement.
Please note: We do not process or dispatch orders on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure your newborn essentials reach you securely, we ship all our premium products across India exclusively through ST Courier.

Delivery Timelines:

Once dispatched from our warehouse, the typical delivery timelines are as follows:

Within Tamil Nadu: 2 to 4 business days.
Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Order Tracking:

As soon as your package is handed over to ST Courier, we will send an automated Email/SMS with your unique Tracking Number (AWB). You can track your baby product's journey directly via the ST Courier official tracking portal.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping fees will be clearly calculated and displayed at the final checkout screen based on your delivery location and order weight.
